Take our quick self-assessment or complete our online booking form.

Share your symptoms, medical history, and health goals through our secure questionnaire, and our team will review your information to provide tailored recommendations.

If you already know which test you need, you can use our self-referral form to book directly.

(If you are already under the care of another healthcare professional, they can also refer you to us.)

Select an at-home kit or book directly into a nearby clinic.

Your kit will arrive within 2–3 days, or we’ll send you a link to schedule your appointment at the nearest clinic, depending on the test you choose.
